01What is this bag made from?

Full-grain vegetable-tanned leather, sourced from a single tannery we've worked with for years. Hardware is solid brass, not plated.

02Where is it made, and by whom?

Handcut and stitched in a small workshop by a team of six leatherworkers. Each bag carries the maker's initials stamped inside the lining.

03How do I take care of it?

Wipe with a dry cloth after use, keep it away from direct heat, and condition every few months with a plain leather balm. Scuffs are normal wear.

04What if it doesn't feel right when it arrives?

Send it back within 30 days, unused, and we'll refund you in full. No restocking fee, no questions about why.

05Does it come with proof it's genuine?

Yes. Every bag ships with a signed authenticity card and a unique serial number you can look up on our site.

06How long until it reaches me?

3-5 working days within the country, 7-12 days internationally. You'll get tracking as soon as it leaves the workshop.
